• To the institutes of higher learning you have suggested, in order for them to consider your application for admission.
• For statistics or research purposes, to academic institutions, other businesses, or individual researchers, but only in an anonymous form so that you cannot be personally recognised.
• Give your student record to any academic institution you like so they may start keeping track of you there
• To any organisation, institution, employer, or authority you've named, in order for us or any of the educational institutions to be able to confirm the accuracy of the credentials, employment history, or other experiences you've described to us.

As required by law, to any government authority or other party.

You understand that we may have to transfer your information to other nations around the world in order to fulfil any of the aforementioned goals.
We might not be able to complete your applications if you don't provide all the information we want.

You acknowledge to our right to ask any academic institution to which you have been accepted to provide us with information regarding the start of your initial and any consecutive courses of study there. If necessary, you agree to provide that institution with the requested information.

You must make direct contact with the appropriate institutions if, at any time after we have delivered your application materials and supporting documentation to the academic institutions you have recommended, you desire to confirm the data those institutions may have on file about you.
