Statement of Conformity

In accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this document and on the Registration pages of our paper-based Registration Form, DUAC and its offices offer to provide our services to you. Additionally, for the reasons outlined below, we require your permission to act on your behalf and to share the information you provide with specific individuals or organisations. Please take your time to read the following. You voluntarily and fully agree the terms and conditions stated in the relevant documents by completing the Registration Form (online or on paper). Please do not accept this document if you have any queries about its contents; instead, submit an email to australia@DUAC.com or seek out independent counsel.

What we ask you to do

Under no circumstances, even if DUAC is aware of the possibility of such damages, will DUAC be accountable for any damages, including (but not limited to) compensatory damages, lost profits, lost data, or any type of special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or dissuasive damages of any kind, whether based on violation of contract or warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory.

Links to other websites may be available on this website. DUAC has no control over these outside information sources. Users are responsible for determining for themselves whether the information obtained at these linked websites is accurate, current, reliable, complete, and/or correct. Any business or group that is connected to this website is not necessarily endorsed by DUAC.

Although every reasonable effort is made, there is no guarantee that the DUAC website will be devoid of viruses or other exhibiting, contaminating, or harmful qualities.

We have no influence over an academic institution's choice to accept or reject your application, and we are not responsible for any choice (whether prompt or delayed) an academic institution makes regarding your application.

Any institution's failure to immediately, appropriately, or at all, examine your application is not under our control.

We are unable to guarantee-

A. You acknowledge and agree that-

• All information you provide will be true, accurate, and complete;
• If any information you provide to DUAC (and its education agents/franchisees) ceases to be complete, accurate, and/or true, you will immediately tell the academic institution to which you are applying.
• You will solely utilise our system to help with your application to get into the universities where you want to study. This includes refraining from interfering with the operation of our system or any other party's applications within it.
• Additionally, you agree that we retain ownership of the software underlying our system and will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of all or any portion of our software.

• B.

  You agree that it is exclusively your responsibility to ensure that all personal, academic, and financial information and documents are sent to us accurately, completely, promptly, and in accordance with our requirements.

• C.

  You agree to abide by the academic institution's rules, regulations, statutes, and ordinances and to assure payment of all fees and other obligations associated with the course you have applied for if you are offered and accept a place on it. You are aware that we are not liable for any changes to the course or fee information, and that you alone are responsible for paying any fees or other obligations associated with applying to or enrolling in the courses you select.

• D.

  You acknowledge that you will pay in full at the time of registration with us for any fees that are due from you for the application fee, service charges, courier, and other incidental expenses as mutually agreed upon. If you don't, your services will be suspended and your registration will be cancelled without further warning or notification from us.

• E.

  You acknowledge that in the event of a disagreement, the city where our corporate office, branch, or franchise is situated and where you have registered for our services shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any arbitration or judicial proceedings.

Refund Policy:

Only partners and/or franchises are charged fees, which may take the form of agreement signing, activation, and/or royalties, among other things. All fees made pursuant to this agreement are non-refundable for any reason.
